David Jones was selling the owner-occupied asset on a three-year leaseback, with Newmark seeking to raise equity of up to $90million to fund the purchase. Newmark is targeting a 3-year internal rate of return of approx. 18% in the first three years of the Investment Return, and a Return on Equity of more than 68% for Class B unit-holders.
